I have an intel se440bx-2 mobo. I can either buy a just piii 850 or tbird 850 with soyo k7vta-b for same price. which should I get?

Since it is going to be on a BX board, the PIII 850 will be running on a 100MHz FSB. When the PIII is on a 100MHz FSB, it is a bit slower than an equivalently clocked TBird. This, along with the fact that the TBird will likely OC better, makes the TBird solution the better deal.
