I've got a antec smartpower 350 watt with a 20 pin connecter. My system is as follows:

amd athlon 64 3000 venice
2x512 pc3200 corsair value select
dfi lanparty nforce4 ultra
connect3d x800xl
wd 120gb ide hd
maxtor 60gb ide hd
52cdrw
audigy2zs

The motherboard has a 24pin connecter and my video card does not have an external power supply. I'm concerned that my card won't get enough power since i don't have the extra 4 pins. I plan on ocing the cpu as far as it will go without increasing vcore. Should i get a new ps, get a 20 to 24pin adapter, or just plug the 20pin into the 24pin?

Hmm...tough call...a quality PSU may be able to do it...How many Amperes on the 12V rail?

Just try and if you get unstabilities which cannot be tracked down to other components, get a new one...
