Should I get a new CPU or video card?

I have a decision to make before I go back to school. I built a computer a couple years ago with a P3 733, and now I am deciding on whether I should buy a new cpu and motherboard or a video card. I have the original geforce 2 mx in there. Now here's the problem, if I buy the stuff here (Oregon) and save the sales tax, i'm gonna have to put it in my suitcase and fly it there. Also, if I buy the cpu and motherboard I'm also gonna have to buy new ram and hsf. If I go with the video card, it's gonna probably have to be radeon 8500LE or Geforce 3. What should I do? Thanks.

Oh yeah, good point. If i'm buying cpu/mobo/ram then i'm gonna be wanting to spend like 150-175, but if i'm just buying a video card, then like 100 or so. Let's just say, the less I spend the better.

It depends entirely one what games you play and at what settings you play them at.

I assume that you primarily game.
Get a new video card. It is holding you back. A new CPU won't help with a 3D-decelertor in your box.

If you use your machine to primarily work... then RAM and CPU are the way to go. You will have to live with poor game performance.
