Should I get a Gigabyte of mobo? or only 512?

If you are asking about system memory, you should get 1GB if you can afford it. You will notice better system performance with games and other applications if you have that much memory. 512KB can get most users by but I have seen a remarkable improvement since I upgraded to 1GB.

Well it depends on what you are doing with your computer, what the rest of your system specs are, but I usualy go with 1gig of ram over 512mb for any computer I build now. A lot of newer games like the extra ram.

1GB of mobo wtf o.o? Do you mean 1GB or 512MB of RAM? If so, I'd definately go with 1GB for any current system. Since 512MB modules are so cheap now, just buy 2 and you'll have a nice gig.
