Should I flash my BIOS?

I just bought a Gigabyte P35 DS3L and will use it with the specs in my rig.

I also plan to OC this thing to at least 400 FSB.

Should I flash my BIOS to the lastest one? What I mean is that, I know there is danger in flashing. So do the new BIOS upgrdaes offer features that are worth the risk?

I doubt it. I actually flashed to an older bios version on my socket 939. Try the original bios first. It may work fine. And be sure to back up the original bios if you decide to flash later. Most flash programs give you this option. I always use a floppy for flashing.
