My motherboard fan burned down. Should i fix it? It's been like this for months. But i'm starting to think it may be affecting game performance.

i'm thinking if there was a fan on there to begin with it should probably have one... considering it probably doesn't have a big heatsink or no heatsink at all...

Replacement fans are cheap. If the motherboard is otherwise OK, you can replace the fan for a few bucks.

Mines also been broken for months. My video card fan has also been broken for about a year. My orginal idea was to RMA them in the hopes i get better parts, but when they didnt die, I kinda just forgot about them.

Yes. It will shorten the life of the component if it stays hot for a long time.
