Should I feel guilty?

Ever since I left my last job, I've felt nothing but ill will towards my old boss. He wasn't a horrible person but he was a liar and the biggest cheapskate you'll ever meet.

I just found out he is shutting his firm down and is seriously ill.

I always believed in karma and what comes around goes around but this seems kind of harsh. I'm starting to think he must have screwed alot of people over in his life.

I also want to add, I have a really bad track record with bosses.

My first 2 original bosses both got fired. The second one within a month of hiring me. My third boss died from an embolism after an ACL repair about 3 months into working with him.

The first 2 bosses actually got really really good jobs after getting fired so it worked out ok for them. I'm still pretty good friends with both of them.

dude, done come near me.

As long as your weren't responsible for his being ill, you shouldn't feel guilty.

I lost my job in March because the CEO of the company didn't like me. I don't like him and I hope nothing good happens to him for the rest of his life. If he were to fall ill to the same extent as your former boss, I wouldn't feel guilty.

You didn't make him sick, so no need to feel guilty. Just put a period on it and move on with your life. 😉

I feel similarly towards one of the VPs at a company I used to work for.

Feel guilty about sleeping with his wife and daughter, not that he is sick and losing his business

His wife is unbelievably hot for an older woman. A true MILF.

His daughter is married to one of the guys I know at his firm (nepotism at its best) so I would feel guilty about that since he is a good guy.
