Should I feel guilty outsourcing to India?

Outsourcing is morally wrong and considered cheating. Also decreases longevity of business due to less customer satisfaction and defacement.

Edit:

However it's the way things are going to be and there's nothing you can do about it...except maybe moving to India or starting your own business.

Between 3 phone calls I spent an over an hour on the phone with Sonicwall's firewall technical support yesterday. The guy on the other end was Indian and it was a very difficult experience. I speak only English and I'm normally not one to go pointing the finger at someone who struggles with English because it is their 2nd, 3rd, etc language. That guy's English was a lot better than my 2nd language. 😉 However, when I call tech support I expect to be able to communicate with the person on the other end without asking them to repeat themselves every other sentence. If I had to estimate I would guess my calls lasted 50% longer than necessary because of the language barrier.
