Should I exchange for 1 dead pixel?

I just bought a new Sony XBR-55X850C and while everything so far has been great, I noticed a single dead pixel last night when the picture was black.

It's annoying cause I can see it when I use it as my computer monitor since I sit pretty close. When it's a movie I can't really tell but damn what's seen can't be unseen.

I tried those pixel fixer things and ran it for 10 hours while I was at work and it was a no go.

Should I go through the hassle of exchanging it with Amazon? What happens if I get a worse screen..

This is what I got.

I think I would exchange. I've been in this situation myself. You think you will get over it but you won't. It'll always bug you. Might as well make the move whilst you can.

Sounds good. I contacted Amazon for a replacement. They said they'll send someone to pick up my TV and get another one to me. We'll see how this all goes.
