Should I even bother applying to university/colleges which I couldn't or barely pay to go to ?

I want to go away but I don't think I'll have the money, I'm looking at graphic design in Toronto ON, I have 6500$ right now and am saving all of this year, planning on loans and hopefully scholarships. Any thoughts ?

Not in a financial constrinat as much as you are but you have to consider what's after college life. If the answer is paying up debts of expensive past bills from schools... then you might want to reconsider it. Hope that helps.
