Should I drop TO?

I got TO on my fantasy football team, should I drop him and pick up another WR? Is there a chance that he might be back playing after his 4 game suspension is over?

Edit: This is the only reason I didn't put T.O. up very high when I went to the draft board. I felt it was just as safe to go with a reciever like Marvin Harrison, Hines Ward or Chad Johnson, while only Harrison hasn't had any contract issues, they're still going to pay off because they'll stay on a team throughout the season.

T.O. is a high risk, high reward player. I prefer the mediocre players at WR and draft high at the RB spot.

If you have the slot in your roster for an idle layer, it might not hurt to hang onto him at least until the union action shakes out.
