should i cook it or not

I left last night around 8pm, and set some frozen beef patties out to thaw

i woke up this morning at 11am and saw them sitting there.. still felt barely cold, but mostly room temp..

should i cook or no?

the meat is in a freezer bag to boot

its probably been sitting, thawed at room temp for a few hours i suspect..

last time i let meat thaw without running water it took many hours to thaw completely
