Should I connect my Intel X25m to SATA 6.0?

Building my new Sandy Bridge system. Mobo has SATA 6.0 connections. I have a new Intel X25-m SSD drive. Should I connect it with the SATA 6.0 connections?

The SATA standard is backward compatible so it should be no problem.
