Should I change my SB Live! for Audigy?

There is offer for SB Audigy + Creative DTT 2200 for 250$ (I am in europe so don't question the high price)
I already have Teac Powermax 500r (2 speakers + sub) + SB Live! 1024
 
If it sounds great, keep it. I strongly doubt that you will notice much difference between SB Live and Audigy.

You will probably notice a difference, however, there are other sound cards that you should consider. The Phillips AE, Hercules GTXP, and Turtle Beach Santa Cruz will all improve on your current setup and offer a great experience depending on what you use your soundcard for.
