Should I change my divider?

Right now I have a q6600 @ 333x9 and I have my ram running @ 800Mhz 5-5-5-15. Would I see an increase in performance if I set it the divider to 1:1 and tighten my timings even though my memory would be running at 667?
 
You'll see nothing.

But unless you have an nForce chipset, you'll see a drop in performance in benchmarking.

Remember, 1:1 is the slowest possible ratio; never use it unless you cannot run higher.
