Should I change anything in the spec?

Yeah, listen to Azsen, you do not want to use the underpowered generic PSU that comes with the case. A 350-400w quality power supply would be sufficient, such as an antec, an enermax, or a fortron.

I would change the psu it could give you some trouble.480 W or better.
stay with name brands ocz, antec. the rest looks good.

Acutally, HEC is not a noname company. It may not be well known as Antec or Enermax, but we are not talking about a Generic PSU here.

AFAIK, HEC is a recognized brand outside the US...

If it's the same HEC 300w that I found doing a google search, and has +12V: 15A, then I would not use it. You want at least 18a on the 12v rail, and from a quality PSU that will have stable rails. Getting an inadaquite power supply is taking a huge risk.

You could purchase a raptor for improved hard drive peformance. But overall, the specs look good to me.

But then he would be stuck with a really sdmall drive. Some people would like to have a large drive such as myuself. I would take a larger drive over a raptor anyday.

No one mentioned anything about the ram? I guess A.DATA is a good company? Personally I would get something better but who knows?

From what I hear there TCCD chips perform well, but what exactly is this Pc being used for? Is it going to be overclocked?

Or a PSU w/ 12-15A on +12 with dual 12v rails (like the Enermax Noisetakers).

dump that 6600GT. the 6600's in SLI are NOT worth it, tell your buddy to get the 6800GT. also, get a better PSU
