Question Should I care about saving Adobe suite?

I have a HDD w/W7 on it and a bunch of Adobe appls, including CS6. Thinking of using the drive for another OS. Should I care about CS6 vs. learning other/free appls in the future?

CS6 suite was pretty solid software, so I'd agree in keeping it if you can

it may also be the last release before Adobe changed their licensing model, but don't quote me on that
