I have 3 CCs, this one is a Chase sivler, I have chase gold (since 97) and MBNA (since 99). Any advantage of keeping
this since it's the longest one I had?

if u listen to Suze Orman she said that you should never close out a CC because it will close the whole acct. it is better to leave it open and not use the cc again..assuming your card is in good standings and not many late fees/etc

Yes, you have an advantage with keeping your oldest card. No matter what you do, whether you use it or not, don't ever close your first credit card account.

Absolutely not. Just use it every once in a while to keep it active and keep it paid off. Its just one more good account in your favor provided it doesn't get anywhere near the credit limit. If you cancel it though it will remain on your credit as a good/paid account for another 5-7 years anyway but its nice to have active low balanced accounts.
