Should I call Tmobile about this?

I have 2 SSH clients, one FTP client, and one AIM client installed on my treo; all seem to be timing out when they try to connect. The web browser and email work, but that's it, everything else imes out. Is it something wrong with the software, or should i call tmobile and ask them about it?
