well i won a microsoft desktop pro from Jammer4926 last week june 19th....i didn't hear from him till sunday that he actually confirmed i had won...i promptly paid for the item via paypal and have been waiting for my tracking number or any indication of when the package is going to be shipped. i have mailed him several times basically to establish a communication link and he hasn't even responded. I wrote him yesterday basically telling him that i am starting to get annoyed with his lack of communication and how he is dragging his feet.

here is the link of the auction Desktop pro link

I am not to sure about this guy and i am worried i am going to get screwed on this deal, i haven't contacted my bank or anything but i am starting to wonder if i should...

are there any negative things that can happen from revoking a sale ???

thanks for any feedback

Yeah, I agree. You're not going to get much helpful advice right now. Sorry, I don't know what to tell you cuz I don't use E*ay too much.

But...a week and no contact...if it was *my* money...I'd be starting to try to get it back!

You could try to reverse the paypal, that's about all you can do at this point.

You should wait about 24 days, and around then you should contact PayPal and inform them that you didn't ever get your item and the seller is being shady. PayPal will immediately freeze the seller's account and refund you your money.

Knowing that, I don't think you should worry at all.

a lot of sellers are bad with email, but keep waiting and it'll probably show up.

You couldn't tell it was a NEF fest last night? You're lucky you got at least a few reasonable answers ;)
