Should I call campus Police on this a-hole

Maybe I'm just frazzled cuz I have a huge test tomorrow. But this asswipe on campus in his 97 tricked out explorer(who the fvck tricks out a 97 explorer?!) has been blasting this infernal sh!t they call rap throughout the day in the parking outside my campus/student apartment. He'll drive by stop for like 20 minutes, let his car blast this BOOM BOOM BOOOOOOOOOMM bass ****** then drive away......half-hour to an hour he's back again. All damn day. I'm at wits end.....i wanna call campus police on the asshole or should i just confront him eh?

EDIT: He's back....maybe i should just drown him out with my Z-680s.... :| :| :| :|

but my student apartment is nice.....all drywalled walls, only bricks are on the outside and i think someone might notice if i bust out my hammer and chisel...

Unfortunately, unless he's violating the local noise ordinances, the cops won't do anything. Maybe tell them you've seen what looks like drug commerce going on to get their attention...

After all, if he listens to rap, and drives a pimped-out truck, he must be some kinda gansta drug dealer...right??

Hahaha....well I could....and campus 'quiet hours' start at 11pm, but officers can still ticket someone for excessive noise on their own, quiet hours or not. And honestly if I told them about the drug commerce thing they'd probably come out here and buy some and smoke it. One of our 'officers' was caught with weed in his possession last year
