Should i buy????

Well i currently have geforce 4 ti4200VTD(64mb ddr) from msi.
I am now getting a brand new ati radeon 9500pro(128DDR) for 25$ more. Should i buy it?
(25 $ more means that is the amount i will have to pay over and above what i get after selling my ti4200.) Is it a good buy? Or should i get a radeon 9600 pro? How big a performance boost will i get?
And between r9500pro and ati radeon 9600 pro which will you recommend?

9500 pro's out perform 9600 pro due to the 8 piplines it has compared to the 4 the 9600 pro has

If you are picking between the 9500 Pro and the 9600 Pro, I would definitely go for the 9500.

A 9500 pro should be at least a decent upgrade. For $25 it's a pretty good deal. I'd go for it.

well thanks to all... I was a bit confused because in the anand tech review of r9600pro even though in the conclusion its mentioned that r9500pro is a very good card but in the tests it was beaten by the r9600 in all but one-two tests......😕

Also although r9500 pro has 8 pipelines.... But still its core and memory clock is slower at 275 and 270 mhz and its memory bandwidth is also a bit down....
Well then what is it that makes r9500 a good buy?

The Radeon 9500 Pro is still the best performing solution out there in this price range, however the production run was quite limited and you won't be able to find those cards to be too available in the future so grab them while you can.
