it's a MSI 6600gt pci-e (and the shipping is only 99cents, and it has over 1000 reviews at over 90% [the reseller])

however, a lot of people had lose hsf brackets

so should i buy this and hope that i won't get a lose hsf (or maybe there's a 100% probably that i will get a defective one?)

i WOULD buy it from newegg, but they tax us californians WAY too much

or should i get a leadtek one? (all the sites i've been able to find a leadtek one on is newegg which charges too much tax and another site which is over $210 shipped and taxed)

keep in mind i need a leadtek one that's pci-e
 
i would say get the leadtek if you can find it in PCIe.....ive heard alot of bad things about the MSI's cooler.
 
THe MSI is excellent. I would definately put them right up with Leadtek, Asus, and what is left of Gainward.

BFG although nice warranty doesn't stray from reference design much (with the exception of the waterblock). THe other three do.
