Should I buy this Flash book ?

I was in B&N last night and saw an interesting book on Flash. I am total flash newbie and the book was even more interesting b/c it was half price. It can't hurt, right? I have no flash books yet, but if someone can recommend me a good one, I will check it out.

The latest version of flash is 6? Its no biggie if I learn on an older ver, right?

What is the best way to learn it?
 
Usually if you know ver.1 you know ver.6 thought you might miss some advantages. Dont decide between books by looking at the version it teahces.
