Im currently running a 450 p3 with a abit bh6 mobo, I figure this new mobo has everything i need, and the duron should be overclockable to ~900mhz....
Is this a good deal? Also it doesnt include a fan with the duron, and will the setup work with my current 250W power supply?
Any help, comments, or etc would be much appreciated, thanks

if its a high quality 250w powersupply it should work fine, otherwise you could have all kinds of problems ranging from system instability up to the system not even posting

the price is alright, but not great brand new 1ghz durons only cost around $35 with shipping included and you can easily get motherboards (even some newer and very nice motherboards) for around $35 with shipping included from the refurbished section of newegg (they actually are not refurbished boards, they are boards that have been returned to newegg but work fine.. newegg cant sell them as new)

so personally i would find a good refurb board at newegg and get a cpu at TWCO... for the $35 1ghz duron you have to call in. go to pricewatch, select "cpu" then select "1ghz duron" scroll down the list till you see TWCO (Thompsons Computer Warehouse)

so for the same price, $70 you can get a much better setup
