Well the missile silo is a rip off. The government was basically giving those things away for like $50K a few years back.

The only problem I see with the island is there is no mention of fresh water. I guess bringing back bottled or catching rainwater would be sufficient though.

I need a big blown-up picture of one of those silos. I am writing a script and was going to put one in as the setting of the film but I can't find a detailed picture.

There is one problem with the island that you ought to know about before bidding...

It gets SLAMMED by a hurricane every couple of years...

doh! I dind't read the most obvious part. Though they seem to make it a point not to mention the size in any other part of its description. Even the main website.

After reading Swan's Song I'd go for the the Silo, call it Earth House 2 🙂 the island looks like it could disappear under a heavy rainstorm.
