Should I buy it?

1996 Kawasaki Ninja 250. It's been sitting in this ladys' basement for about 5 years, though they had it out and running last year. 4,400 miles. It's been dropped a couple of times, needs new foot pegs and new turning signals. Has a few scratches and two dents in the gas tank... and she's asking $700.

What do you guys think?

Sounds like she has been dropped a few times and abused. I would stay away from this. WHo know how long it has been sitting with the same oil/gas. If the oil has ever been changed in it ect. You can find better than this.

why not take it to a dealer and subtract the amount of work that needs to be done?
