Should I buy the athlon 1600+ or 1700+?

Well if I buy the OEM version of the 1600 at newegg I need to buy a HSF so after that it is the same price as the retail 1700 so does anyone have an opinion on which is a better processor-
If you could choose one or the other what would you pick?
Which one overclocks best?

There are a million threads telling you what a great overclocker the 1600+ is that Newegg is selling. I hope you can figure it out.......... 😉
