Should I buy RAM now or wait?

I don't know what to expect the RAM prices to do between now and June, but I just saw in the hot deals forum a 2GB DDR2 800 Firestix kit with d9 chips for like $102 or something (OOS now) and a 2GB DDR2 667 XMS kit for like $110 at ZZF (as well as sub-$100 'value' 667 kits). the 667 will probably be enough for the E2160, but the 800's are cheap too. Anyway, should I buy one of these cheap 2GB kits now or just hold out 'til June? I don't want the prices to shoot back up and end up paying like twice as much as I would now.

EDIT: Oh, and my current rig is 939 so I couldn't even use it yet, or else the decision would be easy.
