i know that bonobos pants were mentioned earlier in this thread but i wanted to point out that prices of the cords at least have dropped under ... $100!!!! yeah, yeah, i know, but i swear to god b's cords are the best i've worn in a long time. thing wale and soft, just like they should be.

anyway, if you use this link, you'll get $50 off on your first Bonobos order, bringing one pair o the cords down to $48 ... with free shipping both ways. do i get something out of this? yup -- a $50 credit ... but only if the order totals more than $100, so likely as not i won't get much of anything except for the satisfaction of giving you all a pretty good deal on a pair of cords like no other.

here tis: http://www.bonobos.com/invite

I had a bunch of old jeans that dont fit me anymore so I went to the tailor that I normally go to hem my pants to make the waist smaller. I also got a new pair of sevens. My first one as boot cut. Feels smaller but wanted something a little different from regular. Price for mine? $80, Nordstroms rack.

Wow, people still wear $200 jeans? How's that double wide going for ya? Everyone knows Samurai's are the best jeans in the world. They're only $400 too.

It's just not the same if you're not paying $200 for them.

These guys are like audiophiles or wine fanatics; switch out the price tags and I doubt they could really tell the difference. And they will vehemently deny that as well.

Do you have to brag about the price you paid or the price they cost? Cause I got a pair of lucky jeans that cost 92 retail, but I paid 15 for them at the Lucky Outlets. So I'm not sure which to use...

Because you do not have the sensory perception to tell the difference, that doesn't mean I do not.

I did not wear jeans for years because I could not find any that held up, fit well, look nice, and feel nice, until I discovered high end demin.

Anyone who denies the quality of these jeans is just a moron or jealous. Are they worth the money? Not for most. But if you are tired of "32x32 relaxed fit" you find at every department store in America, then you can appreciate these.

Those are probably fakes. 7s are not made in Mexico (as the second linked one is) and they indicates no "wash name" and not much detail about the fabric.

I saw some women's 7 jeans for under $100 at Costco couple weeks back. Fad over? I remember Croc popularity died after Costco started to sell the shoes.
