Should I buy more $200 jeans?

I love that Mike Rowe commercial where he laughs at the idiots who buy $200 jeans and then wears cheap Lee jeans.

Mainly because this man is more successful than you will ever be.

also don't forget his butt looks great!

That is a fantastic question. I would suggest getting some regular waffles and wrapping them in a pair of expensive jeans.

Hmm, which expensive jeans should I use? I wouldn't want to wrap my waffles in just any brand of expensive jeans :hmm:

There are experts in this thread. My jeans cost $50 at most and usually come from places like Nordstrom Rack, so I don't have the requisite expertise to assist you.

if u dont want to be a poseur like OP, but instead a gay hippy, look no further than japanese selvage ones. the $500 pair of made in japan doir homme will be enough to make 2 $200 waffle.

I base all my clothing purchases on how successful their pitchman is too. AWESOME!

I completely understand wanting nice clothes. I have several pairs of $200+ jeans, $100+ shirts, etc. I also have several other very nice things but most people aren't made aware of it. Anyone who has to brag about shit like this is a little pathetic and doesn't really have money... they are the thirty-thousand-dollar millionaires.

Also, if JMapleton has so much money, why even ponder whether or not to get $200 jeans, especially when they are on sale? My wife bought me 3 or 4 pairs of Rock and Republic jeans without asking anyone about it. Hell, I bought a $70K summer car without asking anyone on a message board or even my wife, really.

My thought is that this clown doesn't really have much money otherwise he wouldn't need to seek validation. Chump.

You do realize this thread isn't actually about expensive pants at all, right? It was merely OP's starter topic for some neffing.

Doesn't change the fact that everyone on ATOT is a hater of pants that cost most than $20, no matter the quality.
