Should I buy furniture from Best Buy?

I'm thinking of buying this tower entertainment center, It seems ok, I like the way it looks, and it'll fit my receiver, dvd player, consoles, etc. while fitting in the living room properly. I like it, but I'm worried it's going to be cheap and fall appart really quickly.

Have you guys bought stuff like this from bestbuy before? How is the quality of their furniture. Does anyone have any suggestions on other places I should look at that aren't crazy expensive?

it's probably fine, but i'm 99.9% sure you're paying a huge markup and could get much better elsewhere...

Really the price seems in line with other places I've seen.

Don't buy phone support for it, or "extended golden warranty."
Their techs will download pr0n off it when you bring it for repairs too.

Yeah, all the Best Buy stores had the same price!

thats probably decent, i have never had any problems with Bush desks etc. Check this site out just to see if there are other features you want in the rack that the BB one doesnt have. They are about 20$ more expensive than BB, but their price includes s/h, I dont know if BB charges for S/h.

Bush, O'Sullivan and the like are all inexpensive RTA brands that typically fall apart if abused or when disassembled and reassembled multiple times.

Aren't there any furniture stores in your area or are you attempting to hit a certain low price point?

a lot cheaper with shipping and the reviews seem to indicate it's better quality.

I like that second choice. Looks less cheesy on the front part than the other stand.

I bought a metal and glass PC desk which is actually 2 desks and a corner unit for like $129.99 a few years ago at BB. Mine had a gray/green finish on the metal that is wearing off unevenly in spots. The new model is the same desk, but black metal. Black Metal and Glass Portofina Desks

I bought a nice O'sully entertainment center from Best Buy a few years ago. I was skeptical to buy furniture from their initially, but this piece has turned out to be a great investment.

I think you should follow the "Never buy anything from Best Buy" rule when considering this purchase.

Just a thought.

Download porn onto furniture? I'll have to take my couch to best buy and have the geek squad show me how do to that.
