Someone on Craigslist is parting out his gaming computer.

Should I buy any of the components?

Antes Nine Hundred, $15

OCZ ModXStreme Pro 700W, $10

OCZ XMP Ready Series 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800), $10 / DIMM
This memory kit is identical to the one in my computer so I can possibly add another 6GB for a total of 12GB.

HP 2311 LED monitor, $40

The monitor is not bad. If you don't have a second monitor or could use a spare I'd get that.

I think the case for $15 is great if it's in decent shape (no dents). Even if all the fans are fried.
It's easy to add fans, paint, and/or mod a big case like the 900.

The PSU is simply to old to be any good for reliably powering a 700w system...however for just $10 it could be a useful hobby tool to power other small stuff that needs 12v or less. Make battery chargers, beverage coolers etc :D
