Should I buy another PSU?

When you got the 480W figure, was the PS (peak utilization) set to 100% or lower?
What about the % for Surge Compensation and Capacitor Aging?
 
I always error on the side of caution and get something higher than what i think i need, hence forth y i am looking at 500+ for my new rig incase i ever want to add more of something...
