I am going to do some simple video work from Cable TV and VCR, I have a Creative GTS2 on A7V mobo and Tbird 700 with 128MB RAM. Could the TV-wonder do the job I need and could it work smoothly with my system?

Hmm well i have this card and it is really picky on which pci-slot it uses. I'd recommend not sticking it in the pci slot right next to your agp video card. Plus i don't think there are any drivers for windows 2000.

I also wonder what level of qualify I can get from TV wonder, if I use
it to convert VCR video to MPEG. is it a tough work by the way?

Well the quality is pretty good, but keep in mind also that tv cards are susceptible to interference i think. Well it's just that, orginally when i first installed it, the reception wasn't that good, even though it was connected to my cable. So i just moved it to a different slot, farther away, and the reception was much much better. I think it was the fan on my video card that was bothering it, so watch out for that kind of stuff. might not be good to put a slot fan or something related next to that or it might screw with the reception. i think this would be true for any tv card.
