Should i buy a new VC now or should i wait?

I'm only planning to spend around 200 dollars.

i say wait till ati comes out with the r600, the 1900 series should drop in price and it might go into your price range.

edit: and at the least, the nvidia's will drop as well.

Seeing as lower tier 8000 series and R600 are both weeks from release now, its worth the wait in most cases, unless you're sporting integrated graphics...

I was wondering the same. I ended up buying a Evga 7900GS and ill just use EVGA's Stepup program to get the new cards that come out in a couple months.
