Should i buy a new PSU??

I currently have the Enermax Liberty ELT500AWT 500watt Modular PSU. Its a VERY nice PSU IMO. However im building a new system and i will either have to leave this one in the current rig im selling to a friend and buy myself a new one. Or i can use this in my new rig and buy him a cheap PSU. He really only surfs the internet and downloads some music. I am taking my gfx card also to my new rig.

New rig:

Q6600 G0 stepping
Not sure on MOBO yet but it will either be the Gigabyte DS3L or the Abit IP5-E
Crucial Ballistix DDR2 800 (2 x 1gb sticks)
Evga 8800GTS 640mb
Creative X-FI Xtreme Music
Western Digital 250gig SATA Hard Drive w/16mb buffer
Samsung 18x DVD Burner w/Lightscribe
Mitsumi Card Reader/Floppy Drive
Thermaltake Armor Series Case w/25cm Side fan (also has 2 120mm and 2 90mm fans in it)

Im sure this PSU is plenty good enough to run this system im just wondering if i should buy the Corsair 520HX. I read its a VERY nice PSU but do i really NEED it? Or should i just save my money and buy him a cheaper one and use my Enermax?

Also i have a question about the 8pin and 4pin motherboard hookups. I think the Enermax only has the 4 pin and the Abit motherboard needs an 8pin...Does this matter???

Thanks for the help guys!

The Corsair would be a great upgrade but the Liberty will supprot the system fine. If it where my money i'd go ahead and get the Corsair and leave the liberty in the old system and up the system price.
