Should i buy a laptop from Newegg?

IBM T41 (2379DJU), Newegg has it in stock and only charges $22 to overnight it..... IBM is backordered and shows availability 'Within 2 Weeks' and would ship ground for free....

The only thing that sucks about Newegg is that the item can only be exchanged for the same item, no money back guarantee like IBM...

What would you do?

BTW, all being said and done, the end price would almost be the same (Newegg maybe $20-30 cheaper)

IBM....I had a stuck pixel so they sent me a new one and gave me 30 days to return my old machine.
