Should I buy a gainward geforce ti4200 64mb for 120$?

I am running a 504mhz p3 right now with a tnt2, and i found someone selling this geforce 4 for cheap.... so I figured, maybe I should buy it?
Any advice or help would be appreciated....
The way I figure if I dont get the most out of the GeForce now, when I get a new computer I can still use it.... but I still wanna know if it would help my FPS dramatically...

On a P3 that slow, a $94 radeon 8500 (sold as a radeon 8500le) from newegg should do quite nicely, no need to get anything more expensive. It will run about as fast as the geforce 4 when you get a new PC, too.
