Just burn it. It's only 3 DVD's (2 if you have DL). It's off your computer and you still have the music anyway.

Why would you want to burn it? You still have all the original CDs, right?

Personally, I could care less... I've been there with 180 gigs 5x and decided to format instead of backup every time. If there's something you really need, more than likely you can find it. Oddly enough I haven't downloaded a mp3 since I was living away at college and left my computer on 24/7...

You need to burn them.

You think one gallon of gasoline will be enough to get them going?

I'll paypal you the $2.00

Now the Cheat, you know we didn't install that lightswitch so you could throw lightswitch raves.

A serious offer -- if you send me the HD with them on it, I'll burn them to Ritek DVD's for you. I recently lost my mp3 collection and have to rebuild :(

EDIT : Didn't see that you had a DVD burner, though you were pondering spending a couple hours with the CD's. There is no reason not to burn them, the $3 in disks it would take would be well worth it.

I'm not a big fan of techno but if it's stuff you like, then I say burn it and then delete it. 3 or 4 DVDs won't cost that much and would be easier and more time-saving than trying to get it all back if you decide you want to listen to it again.
