should I bother shoveling?

I was going to shovel off my car before I head to bed, but now I can't decide if I should bother... it's already above freezing out (37) and looking to be in the 40's by the time my commute starts.

IF it's just an inch or two, I wouldn't. IF it's more, it might not all melt and driving on it will pack it down and make it melt even more slowly.

Or course the 20+ inches in my yard will be there for quite some time...

EDIT: Thought you were shoveling the driveway, not the car.

For the car, just brush off the main places and go for it. The rest will blow off on the freeway.

Heh, I was contemplating the exact same thing. Not only is it supposed to warm up more, its supposed to rain all day here hopefully washing it away... at least, thats how I'm rationalizing not going outside yet.
