Should I blow $50 on World of Warcraft...

Apparently, this game is really fun. Which I don't understand, what makes it so great? I almost never play a the same game for more than 2 weeks. I may come back to it but not much longer after that.

hot deals is not shady, its smart. When shady deals get posted there they get locked/made fun of.

look for deals, there's a 10% off coupon for best buy this weekend, some legit places have been selling it for 30.

Otherwise you might want to consider either getting out and meeting people, or playing something like Guildwars instead.

You'll play this longer than two weeks. I've been on since January. Excellent game, and the friendships you make turn out to be more fun than the game itself

There are emulated servers running now, so no monthly fees. A LOT of stuff isnt working properly but enough of it is to play. Check that out first before you blow $50.
