Should I be worried?

So I checked my SMART on one of my HDD Seagate 7200.11 1.5TB

I had 1 Relocated sector and 8 Spin Retry's with a warning sign next to them.

Is the end near?

Maybe. There is no way to tell.
If your lucky, the SMART stats will get worse and worse before it kicks the bucket. If your not lucky, then it will just kick the bucket at some point.
Now would be a good time to make sure you have a updated backup.

Yeah, if you get any SMART errors/warnings, make sure you update your backups immediately. Better safe than sorry.
