AMD AthlonXP 1600+ @ PR1755
512mb of PC2100 DDR
Visiontek Geforce2 GTS 32MB @ 240/380
WindowsXP Pro

I have the performance bios installed and all the tweaks I know of

@ 1024x768x16 noAA I get 5477 3dmarks in 3dmark2001

should I be complaining?

Keep in mind his test was done in 16bit color, not 32bit so it's not comparable to tests done using the deafults settings.

Sounds like a perfectly acceptable rig that should be able to run damn near anything without too much troubles, I'd be pretty happy with it.
