Should I be getting more performance out of my Geforce2 GTS Pro?

I have a Hercules 64MB 3D Prophet II GTS Pro, and after reading a few posts and reviews, I feel that I'm not getting as much performance out of the card as I should be. In Quake3 I'm getting about 75 FPS in demo127 at 1024x768x32 bit color with all settings maxed out. I noticed that the Anandtech review showed that they got 77 FPS with a regular 64MB Geforce2 GTS at at the same resolution and color, so I figured I should be getting more than that with my Pro. Also, my Unreal Tournament bechmarks are about 20 FPS slower than the Anandtech benchmarks. The weird thing is that when I benchmark at the lowest possible settings and resolution my FPS change very little if at all. (This is especially apparent in Quake3) What's going on? All of my display settings are at their default except for the fact that I've turned off Vsync and anti-aliasing. Here are my system specs:

Pentium III 700@933
128MB Crucial PC133 CAS 2
Hercules 3D Prophet II GTS Pro 64MB
Win98 SE

Thanks for any help,

The same thing happend to me with a Gf2 ultra. First s3texture compression is disabled so enable it and you should get a nice boost in your fps. Also use the 1.27H patch it's a bit faster than the 1.27G.
