Should I be concerned if my PS -12 volt is at -10.8?

This one has me a bit concerned. I have an Antec 400 watt (non true power, its the PS that came with an Antec sx1240 case). It has plenty of power to spare, suposedly, I am not running any huge load on this thing.

Every other rail is running DEAD ON! I'd say all the other rails are running within 1% of thier expected output, even the +12 volt is running very very close. It's just the -12 that is about 10% off its expected value.

Any thoughts on this?

I would say that you will be alright, since it is ok for the rails to be running within 25% of the level. With the 12 volt rail, anything below 9 in concerning. I'm not exaclty sure what the negative rails represent, but I wouldn't really be too concerned unless you are experiencing any stablility problems.

Ok. I have had a few internet explorer errors recently, but I have no idea if that could be related to the PS. I've had no locks or bluescreens or anything like that.

IE errors could be blamed on the wind. i wouldnt worry about it unless you start experiencing serious problems.

Do you think it would be worth my time to swap out power supplies and try this crap Enhance 300 watt I have and see what it registers on the -12 volt? Could this be a sign of the Power Supply going dead? Or should I not even worry about it.

Again, I stress I don't have any serious errors, Maybe I shouldn't worry about it at all.

IIRC, very little actually runs off -12. how are your other voltages? is there smoke coming from your power supply? how hot is the air exiting?

No smoke, and no smell (as smell is often present before smoke). All other voltages are dead on. The air exiting seems very reasonable... It's not hot, just warm.
