Should I be concerned about this carfax report? 2005 Ford Freestar Cargo

Supposedly it was a fleet vehicle before this guy bought it (ie I would be the 3rd owner). Carfax seems to back this up because the car was maintained at a dealership. That also means all the damn repairs done to this vehicle appeared on the Carfax.

Some of my concerns...
- 2 axles in < 90k miles? WTF?
- the title was transferred middle of Jan. It's now beginning of Feb. Why is he really selling it?
- are head gaskets a problem with these things?

The good
- Car looks pretty clean
- Drove pretty good, straight, brakes a little soft
- slightly below kbb/market

Fleet vehicle, likely to be heavily loaded with "stuff".
Freestar Axles aren't that robust for fleet use in an area with heavy loads and potholes

Overloading a Ford Freestar, a defective carrier bearing or a severe bump on the road can cause the car rear axle to break.

Would also explain the torque converter replacement at such low miles (heavily loaded resulting in transmission overheating)

Doesn't the Freestar have a CVT? That might concern me a bit since Ford isn't known for those.

Didn't even think to look for recalls
Recall issue in 08/2012 and replacement done a few months later. Looks legit
