Should I be concerned about my pwm area temp?

I have a dfi lanparty UT ultra-D mobo and all my other temps are fine but my pwm area is at 45C idle and 51C load. The main problem is I'm not even sure where the pwm area is. I'm not overclocking yet, but I'd like to in the future.

That area is under those 3 small heatsinks grouped together.
On my board it gets pretty hot. Ur temps are fine, at about 60C u should start worrying, at 68C the board will most probably crash.
If u could get a fan to blow on them, just any standard 80mm one, or mount a small fan on them that will reduce the temps by over 5C.
