I have a Chieftec Dragon case with a window
and I have 3 intake fans (2 in front, and 1 at about the proccessor level on the door)
and I have 2 exhaust fans (not including exhaust fans on my power supply)

But recently my video card (Asylum ti4200 128mb 8x), has been starting to cause my computer to restart. I belive it is because of the heat. When I touch it, it is burning hot. The fan is strill running, but not that much air is coming out.

Should I replace the fan and/or heatsink on my card? I already have a copper plates and a fan on my card that it came with.

Or drill another hole on my window for another intake fan next to my vid card?

With that much airflow (unless fans are undervolted?) it sounds like your GPU heatsink may not be cooling well enough. I would spray it off with some compressed air (can, compressor, you name it) and see if it does any better.

I agree, sounds like the gpu is overheating. Maybe you need a new fan on the video card, or a better cooler for it.
