Should husbands be submissive to their wives?

I think that husbands should generally be submissive to their wives. I DON'T think wives should abuse this though and I don't mean like a dictator "Go mow the lawn. Clean the gutters. etc." but more out of respect, like if the husband is mad and yelling at ESPN on the tv and the wife grabs the remote and says "stop it or I'll change the channel!", he should.
